Patrick Homes & Construction Pty Ltd is dedicated to developing the local community, as well as project communities throughout central Australia. This is achieved via various pathways and include:

  • Developing and implementing an Industry Participation Plan, that utilises local suppliers, subcontractors and employees where available;

  • Provide employment opportunities for indigenous people on recent projects completed in their communities on works undertaken in Titjikala and Docker River

  • Engage in the ‘sentenced to a job’ scheme, utilising indigenous labour in the Department of Housing renovation upgrades. (The scheme up skills local indigenous people to reduce recidivism rate throughout central Australia.)

  • Indigenous community engagement at project communities, to increase community capabilities.

  • Sponsorship of Aileron Races

  • Sponsorship of Harts Range Races

  • Help set up Old Timers Fete

  • Sponsorship of local sports teams; club’s baseball team and Rovers Netball team.

  • $6000 Local support for people in the community undergoing life saving surgery

Further, Patrick Homes & Construction is currently in talks with local schools to facilitate sponsorship programmes/opportunities for the community’s brightest minds. Purposed schools include St Phillips College and Ross Primary School.
